Paray le Monia, France - July 11, 2018

Kelley upgraded his gear.
Our cycling today consisted of a couple of stops, one for coffee and one for nap.

At the coffee stop, we purchased fruit at the adjacent grocery store and helped open up bicycle space for an older couple along a wall. The woman was so very grateful.
Our second stop was at a picnic bench along the canal. Food was followed by a nap. Two hours flew by in the hammock.

Upon entering Paray le Monia, we encountered a rather large bicycle shop. Kelley has been pining for a couple of gear items, new sunglasses and gloves. Upon entering, we were met by the owner, an extremely pleasant man. He spoke freely about his wares and, after some deliberation, Kelley moved forward with the items he wanted. At our parting, all smiled.
Note: The owner was once a professional cyclist with pictures and trophies to prove it.
